Hardware: 6 desktop models (3 full size, 1 slim, 2 cubes), and 2 laptop models (one standard, one tablet).
OS(es) Installed: Various free Linux and BSD distros to choose from, and a few enterprise Linux options for additional fees.
Support: Phone support is not toll free, but does have email and SIPphone support, as well as a support forum.
